SupaRoot Terms of Service

Welcome to SupaRoot. By accessing or using the SupaRoot platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SupaRoot. Please read them carefully.

SupaRoot provides a software platform that enables businesses to:

• Build and customize websites
• Enable booking functionality for appointments and services
• Track visitor channels and analytics
• Manage customer interactions

Important: SupaRoot provides software tools only. We do not provide, control, or assume responsibility for the actual services, products, or content offered by businesses using our platform. Each business user is solely responsible for their own customer relationships and service delivery.

SupaRoot does not verify the accuracy, legality, or ownership of business names, content, or information provided by users.

When you create a SupaRoot account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. SupaRoot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law

As a user of SupaRoot, you are responsible for:

• All content you upload, create, or display through the platform
• Ensuring your use of SupaRoot complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• The accuracy and legality of information displayed on your website
• Obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or authorizations for your business activities

• Managing your own customer relationships and communications
• Responding to booking requests and customer inquiries
• Fulfilling appointments and service commitments made through your website
• Handling customer disputes, refunds, or complaints

You may not use SupaRoot to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers

SupaRoot provides booking and channel tracking tools on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy of booking information or channel data
• Delivery of booking notifications
• Uptime or availability of booking functionality
• Business outcomes resulting from use of tracking data

You are solely responsible for:

• Monitoring and managing your bookings
• Verifying booking information with customers
• Having backup systems for critical business functions
• Any business decisions based on analytics or tracking data

SupaRoot is not liable for missed bookings, incorrect tracking data, lost business opportunities, or any other consequences of using these features.

SupaRoot retains all ownership rights to:

• The SupaRoot platform and software
• All templates, designs, and tools provided
• SupaRoot branding, logos, and trademarks
• Platform documentation and materials

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to SupaRoot. By using our platform, you grant SupaRoot a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the SupaRoot platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use SupaRoot branding without prior written permission

While we strive to provide reliable service, SupaRoot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. The platform may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical issues or system failures
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Security incidents or necessary emergency maintenance

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance when possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of SupaRoot at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

SupaRoot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

SupaRoot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform
• Data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Any damages resulting from user content or third-party actions

In any case, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to SupaRoot in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SupaRoot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the SupaRoot platform
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you upload or display through the platform
• Your customer relationships and service delivery

You may stop using SupaRoot at any time by closing your account. You can request account deletion by contacting us at t.riahi0710@gmail.com.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use SupaRoot immediately ceases
• Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
• We may delete your account and associated data after a reasonable period
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SupaRoot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms
• Notify users by email or through the platform
• Provide reasonable notice before changes take effect

Your continued use of SupaRoot after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the platform.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SupaRoot regarding use of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. SupaRoot may assign these Terms without restriction.

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and SupaRoot.
